The Ampri Group hosted the second annual Grind for the Mind, a fundraising event in support of Mental Health Services at Richmond Hospital on September 6, 2014. More than 130 participants hiked Grouse Mountain and raised $40,000, which will go towards helping establish a patient-and family-centered model of care for mental health at Richmond Hospital. This model will be the first of its kind in the province. In its short two-year history, Grind for the Mind has raised a total of $70,000 for Richmond Hospital Foundation. We hope you’ll join us next year!
In this video Natalie Meixner, President & CEO, Richmond Hospital Foundation speaks about the importance of raising the awareness of Mental Health and Richmond Hospital Foundation’s appreciation of the Sandhu family’s generous support in the past years while Amit Sandhu, CEO of The Ampri Group and Grind for the Mind event organizer, speaks about how families, friends and community have come together to participate in this event.
